the room had a large bathroom with plenty of counter space. the breakfast was underwhelming.

Good food, extremely friendly and excellent staff at the check-out. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance from Schlossberg. Positioned in the shopping area, just off shopping area as well as the city center.

The food was appetising with a lot of options. There were a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating in my double room. Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of Graz, and the very city center.

Staying one night in a stylish, modern hotel right in the heart of the city was an absolute delight! My spacious room featured contemporary design and a luxurious bathroom. The bar had an energetic vibe. Breakfast was decent, but I wished for more variety. Truly a picturesque experience!

I loved how beautifully decorated the spacious room was. It felt luxurious with a large bathroom that had plenty of counter space! The chic ambiance of the bar turned it into a vibrant hotspot for socializing, and the restaurant's diverse menu with oriental dishes was good. Plus, the unique concept store on-site offered quirky items.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center. The hotel looks like it came out of an interior design magazine. Everything, from the comfy beds to the unique decor, makes for a pleasant stay. Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom add a luxurious touch. The receptionists were genuinely nice and helpful. They even booked a perfect pasta restaurant for us amidst a busy night. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There were only a few options available. I had an unfortunate experience regarding late checkout. I requested a late checkout for one room, being a regular client, and they charged me for it, which left me feeling unappreciated. The treatment of loyal customers could definitely improve.
